Prescription sunglasses…?

I have 2 pairs of Designer Sunglasses (Fendi and Prada). I don't want to go to a glasses place and buy another pair of Sunglasses so can I just bring the Sunglasses in and they can convert it to prescription? Do they’ve to use a new lens or do they use the old one?
Answer:
They’ll have to use new lenses because your eyes have changed with your new prescription.They can't use the old ones and correct your vision because your vision is not the same as when you bought them.
